The reason for my review is simply because due to my conditions I'm still on the waiting list for the help I need and I just get a link to websites I've already been given and a sorry here's more medication but to be honest the level I have is good in decision making just not the course I need

The Doctors Staff and Nurses are all brilliant........ The only problem as with many reviews that I have read is getting to see anybody........ The telephone Appointment System is an absolute shambles... How they can fix that one I don't know..........

They say if its not Broken don't fix it but the appointments ststem is definitely broken and needs fixing....... Very poorly people can just not get to see their Doctors......

We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we are currently looking at introducing a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier. We offer same day acute appointments either face to face or via telephone, continuity appointments are also available, these are made for by the GP. Demand on our services is extremely high. Sheffield also offer additional appointments at evening and weekends at the HUBS across the city. Our GPs, Nurses, Admin and Reception team thank you for taking the time to send this review. We are all working extremely hard to deliver the best quality patient care in the community we can, with the current resources available to us.

It is not easy to get an appointment at all. I always go down to the surgery 5 mins before they open to get an appointment. Unfortunately you don’t always feel well enough to do this. If you use the telephone , at 8-30 , when you get through all bookings have gone and they tell you to call again the next day.
